Pascalli hits 20 million on Spotify with "Higher"

Pascalli is an American-born, Bahamian, Turks and Caicos Islands and Dominican descendant, who was also raised in Switzerland and is a singer, songwriter, producer, co-founder and CEO of Mogul Movements Worldwide (a writing and production company that she owns with International Dancehall Icon Red Rat who is known for his hit songs, "Tight Up Skirt" and "Shelley Ann").

But, best of all, she's a Belonger of the Island of The Turks and Caicos Islands. Her father Leon Smith and paternal grandparents Henry Smith of Grand Turk and Alicia Valerio Stockdale (Turks and Dominican) gives Pascalli her roots here in the TCI. She has a long list of relatives here in the TCI, so if you're a Smith, Selver, Fulford or Ariza you may just be related to this multi-talented rising star.

"I still can't believe it! I really wasn't expecting to receive this. The path I chose wasn't an easy road at all, but I committed and stuck to it. I'm grateful as it proves that hard work does pay off."

In late December 2018, right before the new year, Pascalli received an honour that many young artists strive to attain. She received an award/ plaque for attaining over 20 million streams and counting on Spotify. The award was for a song she co-wrote called "Higher" for Dancehall Legend Red Rat, produced by dVolve (with Therapist Music) making her the first Bahamian female, and TCI Belonger to receive this honour.

"I still can't believe it! I really wasn't expecting to receive this. The path I chose wasn't an easy road at all, but I committed and stuck to it. I'm grateful as it proves that hard work does pay off," Pascalli stated.

Pascalli has also been working on her own projects and has recently worked with both The King of the Dancehall Beenie Man on her song called, "P Say Hellooo", as well as a soca-dancehall song with Trinidadian "Hello" singer Kes on a song called "Bakon Pan It", both of which are to be released in 2019.

"I really hope that I'll have the opportunity to come back to the TCI and possibly shoot one of my new videos there. I would love to use my platform to promote the country,"

"I really hope that I'll have the opportunity to come back to the TCI and possibly shoot one of my new videos there. I would love to use my platform to promote the country," she said.

She's been in the studio vigorously working on completing her debut EP and has had the privilege to work with numerous Grammy-winning and Grammy-nominated producers. With a past that has created a path to endless possibilities, giving 100% is all that this young lady knows and it has definitely paid off.

Her objective is to continue to work hard and to produce music and television productions that people can relate to globally, as well as to continue to expand her brand in a professional environment. Pascalli continues to write and co-produce her music as well as for other artists. She also plays a big role in the production aspect from television shows, photo shoots, music and videos.

"I want my messages to the world to be authentic; and I want my fans to be able to connect with me from my heart to theirs!"
