Our project will be directly on the beach in the beautiful and developing Palms Estates, which consists of single family and townhome residences. This superb location is approximately two miles south of Clarence Town, Long Island the capital city of Long Island where residents and visitors enjoy fantastic dinning and shopping. Presently, there is a $6M improvement project underway for the marina in Long Island. The Bahamian government has announced the expansion of the airport, which will enable International flight to fly direct to Long Island.
Construction of the buildings will be done by using light weight steel frame construction, which in addition to being 200 mile per hour rated can be assembled in record time. This would allow The Ester Residences the opportunity to complete all construction within 12 to 15 months. The advantages of steel are many but include guaranteed fix price of the material and speed of construction. The steel comes pre cut and labeled allowing erection time to be measured in days instead of months, thus eliminating possible time delays and cost overruns. The Ester concept has been well received. The Ester has already purchased six acres of land overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and have already completed all of the architectural plans. We have already received approval from the various Governmental authorities, and the Company is hoping to commence this project in the Spring of 2019.
